  1. Requirement Gathering

    This phase involves gathering the initial requirements and understanding your objectives. It includes finding pitfalls in existing systems (if applicable), replacing manual processes, establishing a timeline and evaluating basic technology necessities.

  2. Feasibility Evaluation

    Once Linked Studios has clarified requirements regarding your objectives, Linked Studios will work with your representative to evaluate functional, procedural and financial constraints. At the end of this phase Linked Studios produces a precise solution that fits into your functional and financial needs. Upon approval, Linked Studios will initiate the actual project development.

  3. Requirement Refinement

    This is the first step of the development process. Linked Studios will elaborate on each initial requirement and finalize the precise set of functionality.

  4. System Development

    Once requirements are finalized, Linked Studios team members start developing a system design and the functional aspects. This is a completely interactive process which requires your feedback at each step of execution.

  5. Project Progress

    You can communicate and track project progress using our unique online project communication system. At each step, you are  notified with the progress made of the current phase.

  6. Deployment and Testing

    Before projects conclude, you have the opportunity to test the robustness of the new system. If the new system requires integration with an existing system or data migration, Linked Studios will strategic the process for efficient execution and/or migration.

  7. Final System Delivery and Training

    Linked Studios will deploy the finalized system on a live or closed server (depending on your preference and project requirements) and train company representatives to use both the user interface and the administrative system. Future plans for next-phase development and a maintenance strategy are also decided at the end of this phase.
